Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1 tsp
2 boneless chicken breast or 3 boneless thighs
Beet Marinara – I used The Beet Lady Marinara Sauce
2 medium size zucchinis
Herb de Provinces
Prepare your chicken & season with Herb de Provinces & oilve oil.
I typically use one of 2 different methods.
#1 air fryer I love this machine
#2 bake or skillet fry chicken
Slice zucchini thin I use ¼” slices cut lengthwise
Slice chicken into ½” slices
Place sauce in the bottom of an 8”x 8” casserole dish
Layer 1 - zucchini
Layer 2 – sauce
Layer 3 - chicken
Do this until ingredients are gone.
Bake at 350 F/ 175 C until bubbly!
The Beet Lady Marinara Sauce is a great product for those missing traditional marinara sauce.
