Ordering at AIP Marketplace at Vivi Puro
Policy for Placing Orders with AIP Marketplace at Vivi Puro LLC.
Placing Orders. Orders may be placed online through our secure website. Please include your full name, company name (if applicable), telephone number, email and street address, in case we need to contact you with any questions or need to update you with the shipping and tracking information for your orders.
Process Time. AIP Marketplace at Vivi Puro strives to process orders within two to five business days of receipt of payment. Fulfillment and shipping times vary based on the size of the order, and the distance to the destination. We do our best to pick the best carrier for your shipment based on your location. Currently, we are unable to expedite orders.
Order & Change Policy. Once an order has been shipped, no cancellations are possible, and all sales are final. Similarly, if you wish to add to your order, AIP Marketplace at Vivi Puro reserves the right to review & treat any additions to an order, as a second order incurring additional shipping charges if so needed. Customers will be notified if additional charges are in order.
Subscriptions are a three-order minimum as agreed to by customer before the first shipment. Subscription orders MUST be cancelled before they are generated. This term is non-negotiable. Monthly promotional orders are not bound to the 3-order minimum.
Refund Policy. If you received damaged goods or find something is missing, we are truly sorry, and we want you to be happy. We try to be perfect, but it doesn’t always happen as we are just human after all 😊

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (meaning you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Your refund would be received within four weeks the return of the items. However, in many cases we hope to get you that faster! Please note we need to include the time it takes to get back to our fulfillment warehouse. Estimated timing for shipping is 3 to 5 business days and 5-10 days to get the refund processed and back to you!
Rejected or Unverified Payments. AIP Marketplace at Vivi Puro/Vivi Puro LLC will not process orders that use an incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit card this is also for your protection. We will try our best to contact you if this does occur, as we know you want to receive your order promptly.
In the event, that such an order is processed, Vivi Puro LLC reserves the right to collect funds for any uncollected transactions owed to it. You shall be responsible and liable for any costs, including attorneys’ costs and collection costs, that Vivi Puro LLC may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you. Your right to use the AIP Marketplace at Vivi Puro/Vivi Puro LLC online ordering service is subject to limits established by Vivi Puro LLC. and/or by your credit card issuer.
